On your first visit a detailed examination of the relevant joints, muscles, ligaments, and nervous system will be carried out. Your Chartered Physiotherapist will then discuss the examination findings with you and agree a treatment plan. This will include manual therapy, advice, exercise, and self-management techniques. The treatment is based on established techniques which are supported by research and are proven to get results.
